Power Creative Bryan Lao Shi Ooppps.... Pattern alot

This is a very good item to invest from Guardian. And with proper usages it can help circulation , chronic back pain and inflammations.


U do cold compress when there is red or swelling. Normally chronic or stiffness pain we do warm compress.

A) Bloated Stomach.
Warm the PACK, than put on stomach for 5 mins. Than apply cream with a drop of lavendula, Nutmeg and Peppermint, apply tummy. Than put the pack again on the tummy.

B) Chest Tightness
Warm the PACK,put on chest few minutes and than upper back few minutes. Follow by apply lavendula, Marjoram and Rose Geranium with cream on chest and upper pack or neck shoulder.

C) Neck stiffness/ Upper back tightness
Warm the PACK, put on neck for 10mins, apply lavendula, peppermint and marjorm with cream on pain area.

D) Foottiredness:
Warm the PACK, step on it both feet. Than apply 1 drop ginger with 4 drops rice bran oil, massage into the feet , wear sock sleep. Super beauty and circulations.
