3 oil

Bryan's 3 oil famous very long and stil grow strong for pain. Reason is fresh and high clinical properties. For me 1-2 drops each on lotion on palm apply whole back.

But if u dont like lotion, best is 10 to number of drops of rice bran oil on palm and few drops of three oil apply.
