Vacation! Vacations are a time for fun and relaxation. A time to let loose and see the world. A time to visit family and friends and enjoy the sunshine! 

 But if you are anything like me and don’t like to fly, vacation can also be a stressful and bewildering experience. Luckily I have some easy tricks to calm the nerves and relieve anxiety while flying.

Also this acupressure apply for giddy and nausea. And u have this problem and need to travel. One month before u can do following preparations.

Peform this oil method twice a week for a month. But daily press acupressure point.

1) Ginger Oil (many has my ginger oil (Old Ginger not nice scent) )  But is very powerful. I suggest u use it for footbath 4 drops in warm water. ---- Helps to remove damp Qi and improve legs circulations. Ur legs in it for 15mins.

Best combinations : Ginger 4 drops, Lavendula 4 drops, Peppermint 2 drops, Marjoram 2 drops.

2) Press wrist acupressure :
This acupressure best to press after footbath for health issues problems. But if not emergency or daily maintenance, u can apply a drop Bryan relax blend on stomach and a peppermint on neck shoulder (or use my clarity blend). Than press each point 3 mins (twice a day)
