Tired Liver and remedies

Is good now if you notice that our liver is actually under alot of stress.

This liver stress may result in joint pain, indigestion and insomnia.

For me I start to notice my liver have some Qi issues ever since I am over busy. So at my age now, I actually spend more time in Liver Qi Caring.

And now I am following a simple one day diet plan for liver. I start to add Psyllium Husk to my drink once or twice a week in between meals. But normally I take before bed sometimes.

Bryan Lao Shi Good Life Juice
1) Craneberry water 220ml (if too sour u can use apple juice or any juice u can find), 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk (remember not more than twice a week )

Or

2) Honey a tablespoon (Acacia) in a cup of warm water dissolve, Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon, Psyllium Husk 2 teaspoon, fulling dissolve.
NB: People with serious bowel conditions, or those who have recently had stomach surgery or pregnant women and children should not take psyllium husk because of the possibility and severity of possible side effects.



Psyllium husk I last seen is at Cold Storage organic section at Plaza Singapura.

But for Me I perform the ONE DAY Liver care

1) After wake up, drink the Bryan Lao Shi Good Life Juice. Weak stomach choose the honey one.
2) Before breakfast drink a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice.
3) Breakfast: Scramble egg with some green peppers and spinach and parsley and ur warm drink.
4) Midmorning: Half grapefruit
5) 20mins before lunch drink a cup of cranberry Juice (organic juice)
6) Lunch: Only fish soup and also salad a bowl.
7) Mid afternoon, GoJi C with full glass of water.
8) 4pm , a RED APPLE big one
9) 20mins before dinner, a cup of cranberry Juice (organic, if too sour add water)
10) Dinner:Any kind of Mushroom and chicken dish (I make soup), drink a tablespoon of olive oil, and a small bowl brown rice.
11) Mid evening at around 9pm (drink the Bryan Good Life Juice 1 or 2)
12) Before sleep, apply bottom of foot lavendula vera and also chest a drop holy sacred frankincense (optional)


If u follow exactly, u will feel good.

Psyllium can provide the fiber that is missing on low carbohydrate diets.

Warm Acacia Honey: Very good for skin and intestine health
Fish: Nuitrients u need for the day. And also good for energy.
lemon Oil: Liver detox component
Parsley: Well rounder for overall health
