Doukou Doukou Meditcated Oil (Lauching ON 15 FEB 2024)

Since young i am always amazed by the number of medicated oil in Singapore, Malaysia , Hong Kong and Thailand. Since I am in Aromatherapy for 20 years.

 

 Can I produce a Medicated oil of good quality that can be use for calming our heart and mind. Plus reducing joint discomfort and stomach issues.

But I want to promote this oil in a way that only with combination of some Stretch and release method we can have the BEST benefits.

I will be doing some video on face-book on this oil.

The all-purpose Chinese medicated pain oil. This oil contains a number of strong qi-moving, blood-quickening ingredients. These include Nutmeg, nutmeg flower, peppermint oil, Wintergreen,Clove. which are all cool or cold and clear heat. Nutmeg and clove is warm and warms and frees the flow of the channels and vessels. 

The addition of clove oil insures that the heat-clearing ingredients are not overly cold and, therefore, constricting, while the cool and cold ingredient peppermint insure that nutmeg and clove does not aggravate heat with heat. 

When used topically, it also resolves toxins and emolliates and softens the skin.

The blend helps in circulation and relieves bodyache but not over empowering and causes skin allergy. So is good to use for massage on spot to  relieve body numbness and also neck and shoulder stiffness, backache and joint pain. 

The careful selection ratio of the blend like nutmeg flowers enhances the elimination of wind-dampness.

Directions:
a drop on palm apply chest. Inhale from palm abit to kick start the use of this oil blend. As heart is the King of organ. Let the heart be strong and clear the anger and unhappiness.

Than apply to affected part massage gently. Follow by some stretch . Or u can apply before stretch.

Caution:
Apply to the affected area and rub gently 3-6 times daily. For external use only. Do not apply to the eyes and not in pregnancy. Keep out of the reach of children and store at cool and dry place.

Storage:
Keep this product out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

All kind of medicated oil from stomach to joint pain. I have almost tested out. Some of them is so strong and end up skin may suffer from allergy .  And lately they come out alot of alcohol medicated spray which is a spray full of alcohol base which i feel is not very good.

So i need to find a balance of using true herbs in my medicated oil. So I have decided to use very good quality Nutmeg and Nutmeg flower as the main. This bottles of herbs u can find nutmeg flower immerse inside constantly emitting good energy.

I am always impressed by those "kunfu" show of those medicated oil.

As I aged i find the benefits of using good medicated oil . I benefits also the scent of medicated oil can help release stress and feeling of depressed . So I am very particular with the use of best nutmeg for this oil. Together with other herbs helps in many way,

So for my medicated oil i always suggest to begins with a drop and massage ur chest first and inhale and press ur temples.. Before using on different body parts.

Any kind of joint pain from neck to back pain. We need to learn a few things.

A) Release KNots   B) Stretch   

C) Strengthen  D) Apple medicated oil with circulation properties

A) release the knots with foam roller or massage ball. This is very important as  the foam rollerfocuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points.



B) Stretch ( I always share, once u release the knots, ur stretch will be super effective)


C) Strengthening: Alot of youtube video to strengthen legs and hand please dont be lazy.

D) Use medicated oil very very good. I have designed this medicated oil with Nutmeg and Nutmeg FLowers, Clove oil and omhealth blend  . Nutmeg do u know can promote better sleep . So i try massage abit at chest and stomach and inhale abit before sleep.

No chemical or artifical fragrances added and the active ingredients  work as an agentwhich help reduce inflammation and promote blood circulation.
