Fatigue and Exhausted remedies

I managed to contact all who have registered for this Saturday part 3 workshop. See you guys on the day :D I will introduce many things on "Live" program today on FM97.2 at 4pm.

Wow, time flies. I didn't realise its July already. I have been extremely busy for the past 3 weeks. Need to prepare so many things just for one class alone..I can say this should be one of the busiest time in my life!

My friend who specialised in high energy crystals came down from States. I am in luck to see so many rare and powerful crystals. I have a good time admiring and selecting some of them. Updated http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ with new crystals and 8 pieces of new Ammonite fossils.

Lingzhi Tea: Calms the mind and spirit. Beautify skin (This recipe was introduced to me by a TCM many years ago for all body types. However, do not drink if you are allergic to Lingzhi. This is for longevity and antiaging too.

Ingredients: 3 pieces of Lingzhi, 1 teaspoon Goji and 1 slice of Fu Ling
Boil all in water for 30mins in 700cc water.
As usual, I have been brewing my favourite teas for the past few days for energy and to fight fatigue.

I think I better indicate the dates for my classes here. Sometimes I get confused too! hahahhaa

Classes Updates:
Crystal and color therapy : 13 Sep 9am to 1pm (10 seats left )
Beauty and Health Transformation Part 3: New Date- 23rd Aug 30 seats only(5th July Full house)
Health and Beauty with Bryan Part 1: 15th Aug (for first timer only)
Get Younger with Bryan Part : 2 August ( to be announced)
Bryan 5 elements class :19 July and 26 July 10am (10 seats left)
Bryan's Cooking Class: 2nd Aug 2008 (20 seats left)

NB: I have to delay the launch of my hydrating mask because I wanted the lab to add another flower which is seasonal,so be patient.
Good news is my facial scrub will be launched this saturday. This facial polish scrub contains pearl powder which is the most natural. It is very fine and to be used once a week. Suitable for all skin types. $45 only for 50ml. Can be kept for a year. www.omhealth.com/bryanlist.htm

Hi Bryan, facial steaming is so fun and effective. I do it once a week and I do see a more radiance skin after that.

Hi Bryan,

thanks for all the tips on your blog. would like to find out......

My friend told me the charcoal water is very tasty, now her kids like to drink the water. Do you know where to get the charcoal? Actually how does it work?

Can you use for other things like facial and bath?

Thanks,
Linda

Bryan, rice bran oil works well for my dry skin. I tried a lot of moisturise before but they do not moisturise so well. I can still see dryness on my legs after using them. I have to spend quite a bit to buy the branded ones. After trying out your rice bran oil, I am so so surprised. Your packaging might not be as good as those branded ones. But yours is very good and natural ingredients that works so well! Thank you!

I think the wooden comb method with rosemary and lavendula vera is very effective for my husband's balding head. He followed your advice and hair loss is much lesser now. We can also see a few strands of hair! Thank you very much!

Finally I tried the hairdryer method at Feng Men xue. I should have done it long ago. My sinus stopped about 1/2 hr later. Very amazing.

Hi Bryan,
I tried the rice bran oil with lavendula vera and rosemary for my hair. I forgot to wash off but the result is so good. I feel my hair soft and smooth. It is not oily at all. Good stuff!

Hi, mandarin oil helps to lift up my mood when I feel moody. I am quite a pessimistic person but everytime I use mandarin oil, I feel more uplifted. Its very economical to use it on tissue and stick it to fan to blow around the whole house.

Hi bryan lao shi,
after the trip to united medical care, I make it a point to massage my grandma every night. I treasure the time spent with her.
