Heavenly Pillar point to treat sore throat. This point may also be used to alleviate burnout, heaviness in the head, overexertion and stress.
Point B.
Relieve a sore throat, bronchitis, chest congestion, dry coughing and heartburn Heaven Rushing Out point. This point is just below the Adam's apple at the base of the throat.
Press the two points for 6 seconds, release and press again. Repeat this or massage the area for 3 mins. Sore throat virus is around us, equip yourself with Lemon and Peppermint oil onto tissue or Grapefruit pink and Peppermint oil onto tissue and inhale a bit throughout the day.

Lao shi your cooking class is a genuine one. I wonder why this time have left 4 seats, i think is the last minute cancellation so last minute difficult to find people. SO remember to collect fees first for all other courses ok.
