Freckles and Skin Beauty Techniques

Hi all. Thanks for your support yesterday on radio. I received many faxes asking me how to deal with blemishes and freckles. Well, the 2 main reasons that caused dull skin, freckles and blemishes are due to sun damaged, used of harsh chemical skincare products and poor 5 elements "Ki"in body. [We will learn a breathing exercise to reduce freckles due to unbalanced of 5 elements during this saturday 5 elements exercise class]. 5 more seats left, do register fast. I want to make full use of this dance studio.

Soup Cure is very good for that. This soup taste ok but not like previous soup where you can show off your skills :)

Ingredients: 12 Figs (Wu Hua Guo), 1 chicken drum stick (remove skin), $1 almond (Nan xin + Bei xin). Water level should cover all ingredients and slightly more. Salt to taste. Boil for 1 hour small fire.
Properties: Radiant Skin, Reduce freckles and blemishes. Uneven skin tone.

Uneven tone technique in natural ways:
Try to use product free from the list harmful chemicals
1> Mild cleanser cream ---> Skin Vita Serum---> moisturiser
2> Footbath with 2 drops Ginger oil in warm water twice a week.
3> Pearl Powder Green Clay mask once a week.
4>Press acupressure point of Yong Quan Xue daily.

NB: www.omhealth.com/bryanlist.htm
Uneven tone beauty set B= Ginger oil, Pearl powder green clay, skin vita serum and cleanser: $140
Uneven tone beauty Set A =Ginger oil, pearl powder green clay, skin vita serum $90
[Sorry just now make a mistake in the price]

I will be holding my DANCE AND SCENT therapy workshop at MCYS tomorrow. I might conduct one high impact slimming class for you to slim down in 2 lessons in December. So stay tune.

Good morning Bryan Lao Shi,

What is the different between Uneven Set A (Ginger) & B (Ginger Oil)? Set A is a normal ginger and is not oil?

This is because i have benefits alot from your back and neck pain management. Used to spend alot on massage and tuina. Now i visit less.

Thanks so much. What u are doing you should share with more. Rather than group of females.

I must tell everybody, ginger oil for footbath is so so good. Give me good sleep thro the nite. Should be due to the good "Ki" movements in the body i think

Mardiana, betul betul. You are very right. I also use ginger oil in warm water for footbath. Sleep throughout the night. You should try ginger oil for massage like those in javanese massage. Shiok nya.

Hi Kim,

U might wish to refer to Bryan older post on 24 July 07 for Clay Mask.

Pink Clay: A conditioning and nourishing mask for all tender and dehydrated skins. The iron content and essential minerals in the clay help to replenish and regenerate the epidermis of the skin to create softening and conditioning skin with a healthy glow. Pink clay is also recommended for hair masks prior to shampooing.

Green CLay: Detoxification moisturising facial mask for acne prone and oily skin. The minerals in the clay help to rebalance oil flow, strengthen skin and acts as an aid for repairing scars. Ideal for body wraps after pregnancy where cellulite and stretch marks are of concern

Yellow CLay: A moisturising facial mask for revitalising and cleansing the skin. Great for sun damaged or fatigued skins, yellow clay works wonders for those with combination skin.

Cheers

Hey Kim,
just sharing my own experience, I used pink clay mask. I can feel my skin soft and also a very light pinkish tone on my cheeks the next day. I combined with vita serum, the effect is so good.
Last time, I used green clay becos of my acnes and pimples. Wa sei, it really helps to detox man..
Now I don't need it already! Hahaa..But I will still use it once every 2 weeks.

Hi Bryan, heard from radio that Lavendula Vera is good for burns and cuts.
I accidentally scalded myself just now while cooking. Quickly applied a bit of lavendula vera, its good. Soothing after a while and it doesn't become blister form.

Hey Agnes,
last time when i scalded myself, i applied lavender on my wound area. The wound heals faster and less painful and best thing is scar not so obvious.
