FEAR cannot enter a quiet heart

This angel is not fierce but confident. She fights and conquers fear bravely like a warrior.

Fear comes from the heart. If you ever felt overcome by dread of some illness or accident, you should inhale and exhale deeply, slowly and rhythmically several times, relaxing with each exhalation. This helps our 'Ki' circulation to become normal. If your heart is truly quiet, you cannot feel fear at all (self- realisation 1920).

Many of my clients have expressed their fear of financial burdens, commitments, child's exams, relationships and illnesses etc. Anxieties are awakened in the heart through the consciousness of fear and fear comes largely from prior experiences -- eg you slipped and fell while walking on a slippery road and you broke your leg, and so you learnt to dread a repetition of that experience...the bad experience of walking during rainy days. Sometimes where the fear is prominent, one may even experience recurring headaches or migraine. When your heart is invaded by fear and anxiety, your immune system becomes low, disease starts to invade your health system. You can dispel this fear with either one of the following methods.
  • Suggested oil to overcome fear: Rosemary + Mandarin + Rose Geranium onto tissue. (Arc Angel scent to overcome fear)
  • Suggested Mala: 54 Amethyst beads Mala exercise for those who have.
  • Suggested Exercise: V- W breathing exercise. (Search from previous post)

Aromatherapy, color and crystal therapy is a good way to overcome fear. I received a few calls who have tried and experience with the Mala and Lavendula Vera footbath method to release tension, while some who have not sleep well for years have also recovered. One of them will be my testimonial in tomorrow part 2 class. Thank you very much.

Don't worry if you do not have the above oils or Mala, what you can do is step into botanical garden and sit there for 15 mins. Relax...relax...and relax...

NB: Tomorrow Part 2 class will be held at Toa Payoh Safra Kim Keat room , and Part 3 class will be at the same place but Toa Payoh room. So don't get mixed up .

Bryan Sensei, Sometimes we forget that such a small and simple thing like 'fear' will beat (defeat) us down totally. Thanks for reminding us on that .... and also the remedies.

Eh, I would say the angel has a 'determine'-look. Cheers!

Hi Bryan.

My best birthday gift is my Chinchilla, Jungel Bell this yr. He will bully n refused to hop back to his cage.

I love to sayang him like a baby but he does not like anyone to carry him at all.

I will beat him very gentle at his thigh at least 3 times for punishment for disobedient to hop back to his cage.

He is sleeping so soundly n peaceful like a pig.
