Clear headache Foodcure

If you are experiencing headache, try applying 1 drop of Peppermint, 1 drop of Lavendula vera and Petitgrain oil onto a 20 cent size coin body lotion. Rub the mixture onto your neck and shoulder. It can help to calm the mind and bring down the 'fire'.

Eating porridge is the best foodcure for liver fire, anger, headaches, giddiness and high blood pressure. Here is a recipe where you can make for your family to eat once a week. It helps to calm our body system.

Ingredients: Rice 250g, Celery 120g, salt a bit to taste
Boil the rice with water. Cut celery into pieces and add into the boiling mixture when porridge is half cooked. Boil till the rice becomes porridge and off the fire.

One may wonder, 'Why take the trouble to make porridge?? I can just drink celery juice which is so much easier.' Actually, its different. In 5 elements Yin and Yang cooking, the combination of food upon cooking produced different results. The above recipe is very effective in lowering the extra Yang in body and nourish the Yin.

I will try yr receipe of plain porridge, celery n a pinch of salt bec of internal heatiness n very uncomfortable for being sick for a few days.

I am so hungry that i have ate porridge, celery n add a pinch of salt as my late supper. I have ate raw carrot, grape, tomato n celery for 2 days.
