My digestion system has improved a lot because of the daily stomach massage you told me to do.
Actually, I didn't expect to be so effective.
I was surprised that it doesn't feel oily at all. In fact the rice bran oil with your essential oil absorbed quickly into the skin.
I try before without the use of rice bran oil because sometimes I was too lazy. The effect is slower. I see a faster result when I massage with the oil mixture.
Thank you very much. I wish you a safe and pleasant trip.

Bryan Laoshi's leg kwa sa with orange body lotion is very effective to overcome my bloated stomach.
Thanks, Bryan Laoshi.

I wish you a happy holiday too.

It felt real nice and cleanse to use sandalwood powder as a body scrub. Very special.

Bryan, the hair set which comprise of lavendula vera, rosemary, wooden comb and rice bran oil brings me an extra bonus.

I think the combing with the wooden comb actually relief my headache at the same time.
Hair loss has reduced significantly.

My husband and I like your shampoo very much. I think overall they made up a perfect set of hair care.

Thank you for everything.
Hope to hear from u soon

Take care

Bryan, my friends asked me what's the difference between your grapefruit pink and the ones sold in shops/departmental stores.
I don't know how to explain but I let them smell it.
After smelling, they told me its very different. They also agree your grapefruit pink is very fresh as though smelling from the real fruit.

Grapefruit pink with lavendula is a favorite in my family because everyone feel so relaxed and happy with it. This is really a harmony oil.

My daughter loves ur relaxation blend. She always have butterflies in her stomach before her exams. She will inhale the blend from tissue to calm her mind. She told me your oil helps her a lot because the butterflies in her stomach will also gradually disappear. It might be her own imagination but most important she can stay clam and focus.

Thank u.

Halo Bryan, Happy mid autumn to you in Hong Kong!

Took your advice, I have burnt the sandalwood powder yesterday and today. The light woody aroma of sandalwood is so nice.
I also used it to scrub my body and as a facial mask. Feeling real cleansed and smooth now!

Miss your updates. Your blog is like the chicken soup for the soul.

Take care and come back soon

Hi. I'm Elizabeth. I'm new to this blog.
Can anyone enlighten me what is good for sensitive skin? I've been using many products but none suits my face.

Hi Elizabeth,

I've sensitive skin just like you and after using Anti-Age Set 1(advised by Bryan Lao Shi), skin texture improved alot over past l year. Thumbs up his flora facial scrub as well. You can place the order to orders@omhealth.com

Same as Gerlin, I'm using antiage set which works very well for my skin.
I requested Bryan to give me the lotus cream without ginger contents. It is very good. The cream gets absorbed very quickly.
My overall complexion improves a lot after using this cream and the antiage set. No sensitivity occurs. The flora water in the antiage set is very very good. Its very calming and refreshing to the skin. I have been using it for a few months. It seems to have a clarifying effect on my skin.

Hi elizabeth, I am also using Bryan lao shi antiage set 1 for my sensitive skin.

Its not easy to find something suitable for my skin but this set really suits me well. I have no problem with it at all.

Just a little bit of breakout when I first use it. After a week, everything is ok. My complexion is a lot better then last time. The visible pores is not visible anymore. Fine lines has also reduced.

Bryan's lotus cream rocks. It reduces my biggest problem - freckles.

Bryan, I m so used to visit your blog every morning without fail.

Not used to see no updates for so long. kinda miss it.

My stomach feels very uncomfortable because of overeating yesterday. Did some massage on my stomach with rice bran oil, lavender, peppermint n majoram, then press the leg acupressure you taught in class.
Already feel much better now.

See you in class soon.

My skin is sensitive to use the lotus cream. Bryan replaced the nano ginger ingredient with some other herbs.
I think this is value added service because it allows people with sensitive skin to have a chance to try out the cream.
