HK Cafe -- Day 4 in Hong Kong

Wow woww...its Monday once again. Already my 4th day in HK.
I was invited to attend a New age aromatherapy sharing session in Wan Cai, Hong Kong. 14 aromatherapists and natural therapists gathered for this sharing session. I just completed my presentation on Irritable Bowel Syndromes and Neck Shoulder pain DIY. There was a lady therapist who presented a 3 position Qi Kong for health. I will share this during my class on 30th Oct class. 3 simple steps to improve Jin Qi Xue of body. Amazing.

Irritable Bowel Syndromes: Even a nutritionist, Sir Geoff said IBS is very often caused by the mind. Consumption of certain food may not actually cause IBS. However, if the mind has already registered information that consumption of such a particular food will cause IBS, then chances of you getting IBS is high! Do not underestimate the power of MIND. Meditation and breathing exercise is the purest and best cure for IBS.

There is an aromatherapist in Hong Kong who defines aromatherapy as the healing magic of nature. JENNIFER Yip, who graduated in UK and coming back to HK to share her experience in aromatherapy. Most of us will agree that life as a city dwellers will have a lot of stress and health problems.

Bryan's Scary Experience:

Yesterday I received some facial mask from a company in HK, produced in Paris. They wanted me to feedback as a natural therapist and may invite me to be the spokesperson. I tried the mask last night and discovered serious rashes and outbreak this morning. Quite upset....Hmmm....I don't know how to tell them....need to give presentation too....

Thank goodness, my Lavendula vera charcoal flora water helps to stop the itch but there are still red dots. Remember to bring Lavendula Vera charcoal flora water for travelling. It will be useful. I also apply Kim's aloe vera gel and the itch is gone.

Hi Bryan

I am very happy to hear fm u that u r enjoying yrself in HKG.

I have used a few drops of Ginger, Lavendula Vera and Peppermint for hand and footbath with warmwater for 15mins.

I have used Lavendula Vera, Marjoram Oil and Peppermint with body lotion to be applied to my neck, shoulder, lower n upper back and leg with Kwa Sa.

I feel slightly better and lesser bodyache after each application. I can sleep very well every nite.

Halo Bryan,

So sad to hear it. Is it a face mask sheet? Normally, this type of face mask sheet will contain alcohol & perfume right? Correct me if I'm wrong. I intend to buy those face mask sheet at any of the beauty shop but saw the ingredient contains perfume(allergic), don't dare to buy!
Face is the most important feature of our body, so DO NOT take a risk!

Bless you recover soon & take care.

Cheers

Bryan lao shi,
I more kiasu. Besides your cleanser, mask, vita serum and collagen cream, I will bring your activated mala and relaxation blend/lavendula vera when I travel overseas.

I have difficulties to fall asleep whenever I am overseas. Your relaxation blend/lavendula vera and mala helps me to relax and sleep with ease.

I have the habit of bringing my amethyst mala overseas for protection purposes. Holding it to do breathing exercises is very convenient because it can be done anywhere while travelling.

Next time I will also bring lavendula water along for my holiday. It sounds useful.
I once had rashes on my skin when i was on a tour.
I don't know how to make them go away. All i did was to apply lotion but it didn't help.

I love your oil. They are so fresh and useful. I love to follow your aroma recipe for the difference purposes. It can be very fun and creative.

Nothing beats your Vita Serum and lotus revitalising cream. I used to have a lot of freckles on my face. They have lightened a great deal. My skin texture is also better then before.

Lao shi, my rice bran oil is also finishing very soon. I regret not to order earlier.
I used many moisturiser and creams before but I still prefer rice bran oil. It sounds oily but it is not. It moistures my dry skin and hair very well.
Using rice bran oil save time and money to buy 2 different moisturisers. Most important, it is good, very good.

Bryan, happy to hear ur updates from hongkong.
My husband had a bad headache and I did the head massage with the kwa sa plate for him. He loves it and headache gone after a while.
He don't know how to do for himself or me.
I told him to go for your next kwa sa class to learn.
