Tummy and Beauty

To have beautiful and healthy skin, a person should have a good digestive system and blood circulation, 皮肤的反射是肚子的消化系统。一旦消化好,肤色也当然亮丽。最近天气又热又潮湿很多人也得了肚子胀风的问题which causes poor appetite, poor skin texture and dull skin.

Twice a week, use Lavendula vera, Peppermint and Majoram with body lotion of a 20 cent coin size to massage your tummy between 7am to 9am. Clockwise directions 54 times.
It moves "Qi", remove damp energy. Improve radiance of skin once tummy "Qi" is moved. Increases body energy.


Things to take note:

(I used to work at DSTA, my lunch is at Bukit Merah Central.)

1) During lunch, avoid ordering of cold drinks. A lot of problems arises when one eat and drink cold drinks together. DO not drink juice after lunch. You will soon have weak stomach.


2) Avoid eating fruits or cold drink after 7pm if you have weak stomach.

3) Do not talk about work or gossip while eating. Finish your food first :)

4) Eat slowly, chew your food.

5) If possible, try not to eat with your supervisor or boss. They create tension. Hahahahaha

6) Makan with colleagues whom you enjoyed each other accompany. Avoid those 念念念 non stop. When they start to 念 non stop, tell them to read my blog. Hahahahaa :D


6) Press Nei Guan Point daily half an hour after food. (3 mins a day)
Properties of this Point:
Chest pain, palpitation, stomachache, vomiting, insomnia, epilepsy, dizziness from depression, stroke, wheezing, paralysis, migraine, fever, pain in arm or elbow etc.

bryan laoshi, u r really humourous. But u r right, i nvr eat w my bosses or sup. It feels strange and uneasy.

the scrub that i got from u is pretty good. I like its gentle but cleanse feeling. It suits all my family members too.
