You must take care of your Health
Drinking Soup is a must. I bought the followings from market early this morning.
A) Chicken Drumstick --$2.2 (remove skin)
B) A Green Carrot (small, no need remove skin) and a Red Carrot
C) 玉竹头 herbs 8 pieces
D) 1 tablespoon Goji seeds
E) 4 slices of Ginger
Not difficult to make at all. Simply soup for 30mins. Add some salt and soya sauce to taste. Tasty. Question - How much water to add? Agar Agar :D Bryan estimates :)

In the past, people take chicken soup as tonic, which is much better than eating pills. For those who has poor health, try drinking pure chicken soup consectively for 4 days. You will feel so good after a week. Real chicken soup is real real tonic. Experience it.
