Foot Fungus/ smelly foot/Hong Kong Foot

Thanks to Mrs Lim, sending me testimonial picture on the powerful healing effects of my aroma oil. She tried many cream, in the end finds tea tree oil, lavendula vera and lemongrass, rice bran works.

Foot fungal infections are generally classified into 2 main types of foot fungus: Infection of the toenails (onychomycosis) or infection of the skin (Athlete’s foot) which is relatively much easier to get rid of. Both types of foot fungus result from the organism invading and multiplying on the foot. The fungus feeds on the nutrients from keratin, a protein found in skin cells and nails. While it breaks down the keratin, the skin becomes flaky and scaly, while the nails get discolored and crumble.

Some foot smelly also due to bacteria

Once i went gym no wear shoes to shower , end up got those red dot. Than for 5 days, twice a day i apply manuka direct (smelly oil), and wear socks. Wow the sixth days all bacteria dried up and peel off. Than I apply rice bran oil with lavender teatree and wear sock sleep, foot skin renew nice.

Let Bryan Lao Shi and Mrs Lim ehehhe demo to u:>

For me i will apply direct first.

Above Mrs Lim, she has the footfungus for weeks and no matter apply what cream also doesnt work. So I suggested her tea tree oil and Lavendula vera oil direct.

Sometimes u no matter how much moisturiser u apply feet, skin still peeling. Means may have fungus. So u can try following method.

bacteria killed and it peels off, this time, must apply rice bran oil to heal the skin further.

Direction for ugly feet:

1) Clinical Teatree Oil, day and night apply to the foot. Do this for 5 days.

2) Clinical Lavendula vera day and night apply to the foot. Do this for 3 days.
3) Mix 2 drops lavendula vera, 2 drops lemongrass oil in 10ml rice bran oil and use this mixture massage foot daily till skin grow nicely.

Normally by a week, the skin will peel nicely, and now u can use a blend and apply to the dry skin for new skin growth.

Foot Odor (can be foot and shoes)
oot odor could be caused by the presence of fungi, using bad footwear, excessive sweating, anxious or stressful situations, metabolic or hormonal disorders, or bad dieting. Today we will talk about a few natural, economical, and easily prepared remedies, as well as general advice for fighting foot odor by acting directly on the cause.

SHOES:

Some baking soda, few drops of above oil

Sprinkle baking soda into them in the evening and let sit overnight. Create a scented backing soda mix by placing the powder into a sealed jar with four to five drops of above oil. Be careful not to use too much because the powder will turn to paste.

Enjoy a footbath by heating water, adding used tea leafs and a few drops of above oil. The acidic properties of the tea and oil control the bacteria that causes food odor and the oil creates a pleasant odor for the bath that lingers on your feet.

Or baking soda with oil apply foot leave it on for 15mins and rinse off.

TOE NAIL FUNGUS

Apply manuka oil direct.

Let’s be honest, toenail fungus is a ghastly and hideous looking problem. What partner wants to touch or suck on a toe that looks like it’s developed some sort of alien growth!

Nail fungus (also referred to as onychomycosis) is a condition that occurs when fungi begin to infect your nails. Toenail fungus is the most common form of this infection, but the condition can also affect fingernails. At the early stages of the infection, the fungus will create a small white or yellow spot under the tip of the nail. As the infection spreads, the entire nail may thicken and distort in shape. The edges of the nail will also start to crumble and the nail will begin to change to yellow or green, and occasionally brown or black. In some situations, the nail can even separate and lift off from the nail bed (this is referred to as onycholysis).

MANUKA OIL

This is an excellent home remedy for toenail fungus.

Apply a few drops of Manuka oil directly onto the affected feet twice daily and cover them with fine cotton fabric or cotton socks for at least 30 minutes.

You can also mix 5 drops of Manuka Oil into some lukewarm water, and then soak your feet for 15 minutes once per day. This can help prevent the fungal infection from progressing.

In the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry (Jan. 1990, v. 38), Molan, Wilkins and Holland researched the components responsible for the exceptionally high antibacterial activity of honey from Manuka flowers. They tested fractions of the honey for activity against staphylococcus aureus in particular, which is the bacteria that causes skin infections such as impetigo.
