High Blood Pressure Part 2



In the previous article about high blood pressure... (see beside label). I mention about aromatherapy blend for high blood pressure. Today will metion things to do ...

Aromatherapy BLEND
Blend 5 drop peppermint, 8 drops lavendula, 5 drop marjoram and 5 drops Bryan relax Blend in 15ml rice bran oil. This blend  normalise blood pressure blend.


The above blend: Everyday before sleep, apply neck and chest and stomach. Simple massage abit gently.

Many knows aromatherapy improves sleep. But they are a very funny process... it will not be immediate but it will work by the time u finish a bottle of blend.

Medical research:
A) “True lavendula vera suppresses heart stimulation and lowers blood pressure; therefore, it is useful in the treatment of heart acceleration and high blood pressure. 

B) Facial OIl : Neroli or Blue Chamomile
Chamomile has a calming effect and is effective in relieving anxiety and stress, and neroli has a calming effect and is effective in treating insomnia”.

C) Aromatherapy massage oil used as blend on acupressure : Blood pressure, pulse rate, sleep conditions, and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure were monitored before and after the experiment.The investigators noted significant differences in blood pressure and sleep quality among the groups 


High Blood Pressure Acupressure


First apply my blend on neck shoulder and stomach. Than I suggest daily press of

Ki 1: 3 mins gently .
Li11: 3 mins daily.
Gb 20: 1 min.

Power Bath: Balance blood pressure and everyone should do, espeically students taking exam or parents stressful

Bathroom:
A pail of 5 drops Bryan Relaxation Blend in a pail of warm water (must be abit more warm hor, mix hot water and cold water).

Than use this towel scrub body a few times. finally the warm towel cover eyes for 1 mins. That is all. U feel Eyes Bright and Blood pressure balance.
