Everyday we are busy with work career and family. But very little time we have the "time" for our health and even skin, until the first sign of aging or health issues appear. But some may choose to continue to ignore.......

Omhealth has been around for 20 years in giving health and beauty workshops. Now I only deliver one health workshop once a year.

3)  Omhealth MCT Saucy


½ cup plain Greek yogurt or milk kefir
- 1 tsp.Cacao powder
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Honey

- 2 tbsp dr MCT® MCT Powder


1. Stir all ingredients until well-mixed

2. Optional: Chill for an hour before serving

The Cacao  (pronounced KA-COW)  tree is the source of all things chocolate. Ancient Mayan and Aztecs believed that Cacao was a gift from the gods as a divine food with medicinal and aphrodisiacal properties. The scientific name Theobroma cacao literally means "food of the gods" in Greek.
