Bryan,
i never think much of essential oil and never the thought of doing a footbath.
After accompaying my sister to your talk, I tried the ginger oil and lavendula vera oil in a footbath. The result was never what I have expected. The pain at my ankle was relief and I think I had a very good sleep after doing it.
Thank you very much. Your talk is very enlightening and unique. I gain a different perspective of essential oils because I never thought it can do wonders to our health.
