Teas recipes that works hand in hand with aroma oil and acupressure

Dear all , Do the Powerbath with Byan relax Blend is very good for you:




So what can u drink when the flu or cold is recovering but left abit like not totally clear?

When come to herbal tea cooking, is Agaration, like we dont really need measure until so accurate.

Bryan Anti-Anger and Brighten Eyes Tea

1) 桑叶 5 leaf.
2) Chrysanthemums 30 flower
3 Brown sugar abit

Boil the (1) in water, half small pot, 15mins , off fire add the (2). Than add brown sugar.

Now u also can drink if eyes feel not comfy or cough or abit heaty.

Sangye:contains the antioxidants ascorbic acid and beta carotene. Antioxidants inhibit cellular damage caused by free radicals, which get created during food digestion and smoke and radiation exposure. Regularly consuming foods and drinks rich in beta carotene may reduce your risk of cancer, according to PubMed Health

According to a study published in 2013 in the "Journal of Functional Foods," leaf has been traditionally used to treat inflammation caused by chronic diseases, and the results of the study verify its anti-inflammatory effects. In vitro, scientists found mulberry leaf inhibits inflammatory agents in the body, cutting off the body's inflammatory response.

The energy of The above Tea blend with Aromatherapy: Awaken Oil inhale and tap gently 80 times here.

If after drink, use any above anyhow combine in tissue inhale, the effect is tremendous.

Than tap here gently with eyes close 80 times. 

It clears sickness and after sickness weakness.

Below, should press more when sick as it can speed up recovery. When middle of night wake up, tap above 50 times and press below. Before than apply rose balm at neck and chest. It helps u to sleep back.






Neck Pain, shoulder Pain and back pain: 3 oil with rice or cream on neck and massage in. Than do below exercise.

Breathing for immune, stomach bloat and neck pain or during flu season. This help fight sickness bloated stomach too. Ur stomach can apply 3 oil when do this exercise and neck shoulder too.

To elaborate, As you inhale, bring your hips up, while keeping your shoulders on the mat. While you are in up position, take two full breaths.
Than slowly down your spine back to the mat, one vertebrae at a time, as you exhale.
  • 4. Repeat 3 more times.

Original Life Force: Bryan Power healing

Original Life force is the an energy we are born with: OLF.
Qi Force O : is the external life force energy we can absorb to improve our OLF

OLF represent the type of body we are. Example Bryan Lao Shi was born with quite bad OLF. When I was born, I stayed in hospital for 3 months because of weak heart. My health since young was not very good. As a result in my teens I developed neck bone degenerations, Chest Spine curve, Eyes allergy, Weak Pulse and heel bone dengerations.

Bryan Lao Shi is also a human being, many health therapist hide their health problems. But for me I shared with you. Because I feel is good to share with what I have gone through and to save many people from going through a long route. And journey to HOPE and HEALING.

Also after so many years of knowing" Important people" I find alot of healthcare or health Food shops etc they have big illnesses and they dont even believe in natural therapy or what they sell.... They just do business.... Is quite sad to see that....

Now I can say I am ok. Although the problems are there but the occurance rates has greatly reduce.
All i want to say, if you have chronic neck or bone problems, dont worry. According to natural therapy your body will adapt and heal it. Example many has bone spurs but not all has pain.

Case Studies: ( Short form to save myself from legal ahahah)
Also many docxxxx are not well train in many problems, example heel pain... they cant or dont spend time to study the problems to help people but just endlessly supply pain killers. Than they refer you to specialist on Foot (cost thousands to finish treatments... who can afford?)

Rich people can get sick , poor people how? It pains me.... As a result I decided to share about foot and heel healing method too in silkscroll, so far a lady recovered from heel pain.

I come across a doctor, if u ask for consultation for heel pain, is $150, talk only, and if treatment starts... you are ready to spend thousands..... A pair of foot insole cost $350. If whole family heel pain how?

With all these you will know how my teens and youth period was always in pain. With all these problems I do have a depression state last time. But I decided not to give up.  So I decided ways to improve my OLF.

A) Breathing exercise daily and meridian pressing.
B) Aromatherapy healing oil apply heel and foot
C) Take Porridge many times a week.

And one exercise I do is Preserving my OLF.

Aroma Oil Usages
1) Left foot sole : a drop Nutmeg [ Activate Head Energy]
2) Right foot sole : a drop Healing trees oil [ Activate Foot Energy]

A small towel on floor. In a kneeling positiion, hold your hands in front of you at elbow height, palms facing each other, about a hand's width apart, as you were holding a ball. Breathe slowly and attentively. Move ur hand to and fro if u feel tired.

relax for 5 mins. When doing it, use your power of scent to inhale those scent that emit from the oil. Can you identify nutmeg and Healing Trees?

Be kind to your mind: Body will heal if your mind rest 3 mins a day

Let us not hate ourselves for having negative thoughts. We must learn to be kind to ourselves. Make an effort to understand the importance of resting our mind for 3 mins a day. If you tell me you can't even spare 3 mins a day for yourself.......I will scold you *Double confirmed

Relaxation and proper breathing exercise is essentially needed to tap our healing power within , because if you are constantly in a "BUSY " mode, tension will shut off your body's own healing energy. I know many of you cannot do yoga. No worries. I will share ways to relax using non yoga method. It will only take few minutes a day, give it a try.


Procedure:
1) Invest in a good relaxation CD, with many tracks. Each track around 4mins.
Now turn on a relaxation music: (about 3mins track). Lie down on your bed, take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes, and release whatever tension and ache you are carrying. As you exhale centered, say to yourself silently : "All is well................" Repeat 3 times and you will notice how well you feel. Return to normal breathing and have a 3 mins nap. After you are done, open your eyes slowly
:)

2) Those with healing crystal, left hand hold one, right hand hold one. Stomach put one, and a black stone at the base of your foot. You can feel the TCM kind of energy flow for some.
OR
left and right hand hold the two stones healing set.

A) Helps in chronic bodyache
B) Chronic Insomnia
C) Depressions.

D) Benefit for those always feel sick, despite body check up reveals there's nothing wrong with you.

Breath for Health



478 Breathing with Bryan in Garden:>
Close the eyes and observe the breath. Allow your mind to focus only on your breathing. Breath quietly in and out of the nose for 3 cycles. Now inhale through the nose for a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of seven. Exhale in a slow and controlled fashion for a count of eight.

Use the abdominal muscles to press in gently toward the spine, helping to move air out of the lungs. Repeat this for 5 times:>

One stone 2 Birds Bryan Aroma Stretch...


If you find yourself trapped in such a manic mind-set, unsure of what month is it or whether you've ever noticed the color of the sky that morning, its time to do breathing aroma stretch.
Here's a picture of me teaching breathing exercise at CAAS in 2001 ^^

Aroma 3 oil stretch:


  • Emotionally helps to reduce anger, indigestion and depression. Physically it helps to release neck and shoulder ache effectively. Flatten stomach after you applied Slimming Oil.


  • Warning: A No No if you are pregnant .


  • Tightness in the back and spine is common yet neglected by many people, which may result in many health problems. YES aging too . Spine problems affect all organs in the body.

    Benefits of the above exercise: It opens the heart and lungs, stimulates the abdominal organs, regulates the thyroid and endocrine system, and increases blood circulation.

    Procedure:
Apply 3 oil with cream on neck and shoulders (optional).



  • Lie on your back with your knees up and hands at your side.


  • Your feet should be near your buttocks about six inches apart. (fig 1)


  • To begin, gently raise and lower your tailbone.


  • Then, slowly raise the tailbone and continue lifting the spine, trying to move one vertebra at a time until your entire back is arched upward.


  • Push firmly with your feet. (fig 2)


  • Keep your knees straight and close together.


  • Breathe deeply into your chest.


  • Clasp your hands under your back and push against the floor.


  • Take five slow, deep breaths.


  • Come down slowly and repeat.

Children, do not need to read this post, use your eye power and do..... Try it 6 times, You WILL BE SHOCKED HOW EFFECTIVE IT IS FOR BAD ACHE....

Health and You and Breakfast

Only Fresh Lavendula Vera + Fresh Grapefruit Pink brings wonders to yourself.
Many of you have 'declared' your love for my two aroma oil since 1995. Really really glad people realised what is called fresh aroma oil with medicinal value and now they have travel as far as KL and Hong Kong. Thank you! Let's talk about breakfast for good health today.
A minor change in youself will enable you to feel the different. To get started, you must be willing to make an effort for yourself. This should be done daily but I am only requesting you to do it once a week as a kick start.



A) Bryan 老师 way of having breakfast....



Allow your breakfast to be a time of relaxation, calm and happiness as you chew upon the first meal of the day. Refrain from reading newspaper, refrain from watching the TV or listening to the radio and do not get busy with your smartphones.... Sit up beautifully and look at the food on the table. Look at each person sitting there with you (even in hawker centre or coffeeshop). Breathe and smile as you acknowledge and appreciate them. Once a week, I will go for breakfast at Mac.... the aircon and time out for yourself inspire us to go on further.
If you can do it once a week first, feel the change in your life to be a more positive and happier person. Happiness need to be trained and once trained you will feel happy easily.




B) Once a Day Simple breathing exercise to release stress:
A drop of lavendula vera and grapefruit pink onto a piece of cotton pad. Slightly inhale from it. Put the cotton pad aside or keep it in your pocket. Next, perform the following breathing exercise:





  • Breathing in , feel your breath going into your stomach and chest;
    Breathing out, feel your breath flowing out of your stomach and chest;



  • Breathing in, be aware of your entire body.



  • Breathing out, smile to your entire body.



  • Breathing in, be aware of any pain or tension in your body



  • Breathing out, release all the pains and tensions in your body.



  • Breathing in, and say in your heart,"I am well."



  • Breathing out, I am at ease.

Fatigue ---A


Life begins with your first breath, life ends with your last breath. Breathing is the most vital thing you do in life, it is why there is life. You may have a proper diet, you may sleep very well, you may not have much stress. BUT why are you still low in energy? Well, it may be the amount of oxygen in the body that is not well circulated. Poor circulation is one of the problem. Bryan lao shi's Circulation Breathing exercise 5 minutes a day.

DO NOT BE LAZY AND TELL ME YOU HAVE NO TIME. ITS ONLY 5 mins for better skin and health.
I would suggest you start with Belly Breathing for the first week of your practice . Lie flat on the floor. Stick a tissue to the fan and let the wind blow upwards. Add 1 drop Rosemary Spanish, 1 drop Rose Geranium and Lemon to the tissue. When this 3 herbs are blend together, it is known as a synergy blend, also known as Angel Scent. Good for various ailments and emotional blockages. (If not use your own aroma oil will do)




Procedure:


For the first 10 breath, inhale deeply through your nose, expand your lungs and inflate your tummy slowly. Once the tummy is filled with air, exhale slowly through mouth and flatten your tummy. Do this for 7 times only and then return to normal breathing. Relax in this position for 3 mins.




The first 7 times of deep breathing pushes the air completely out of the lower portion of your lungs and therefore, pushes all the toxins of the used air out of your lungs.


Benefits: Overcomes Acne, Neck Pain, Stress , Upset and Bodyaches.

Season Greetings and Reflection

Along my life, I came across all sorts of people ....both nice and not so nice people. I believe everyone has their good point...and deep inside each and everyone of us, there is a kind spot. I know sometimes those not so nice people can make you so angry that you feel like giving them a knock on their head right.? Hmmmmm

Perhaps a tight slap will wake them up?? Hahahhaaa... Just kidding. No No ok.

Ever wonder why are you always feeling unhappy? You may be very faithful in your religion...pray and pray and pray. However, if you do not understand the meaning of life, it will take ages to ripen your karma even if you chant a lot of Buddhist mantra.


Actually what governs our happiness and sadness are just these 8 conditions :
1) Gain and Loss
2) Honour and Disgrace
3) Praise and Blame
4) Pleasure and Pain
Isn't your life revolves around these?

Learn to Let go or view with an OPEN HEART, you will feel better. According to Confucius, if you can't change the situation, change your heart and attitude to adapt.

Whatever you are facing now, be it nasty colleagues, unfaithful husband, chronic illness. ... just quickly step out of it for 3 mins. Do a healing breathing exercise.....

Bryan's Self healing Breathing Exercise

Put both palms on your chest and perform deep breathing 3 times (breathe in deeply, breathe out and say " I LET GO" x 3 times. ). Thereafter, return to normal breathing and just close your eyes, with your hand still on your chest for 3 mins.
Give yourself 3 mins a day. Its not too much to ask from yourself right? Again, if you want to dwell in sadness, its up to you ......

Rose Geranium + Grapefruit Pink


I have advised many who suffers from stress, depression, chronic illnesses and bad luck to visit the Sky Garden at Suntec City. The small little fountain and the EMF energy of the directional magnetism of this fountain can bring in a lot of positive thinking to your body system, and at the same time, promotes good health.

Being the founder of Environmental Aroma Breathing Exercise for good health in Singapore, I strongly recommend the following procedures to be peformed once a month.

Procedure for releasing mental stress and chronic bodyache.

Early morning before leaving the house. Apply 1 drop of Rose Geranium and 2 drops of Grapefruit pink onto a piece of facial cotton pad. Keep this facial cotton pad in your bag.

Go to work as usual or do your normal routines. At anytime of the day when you are free, visit the Sky Garden at Suntec City. As you stand there, take out the cotton pad. Inhale 3 times and keep it in your bag/pocket. Relax and perform some deep breathing exercise.


Benefits: Restructured the DNA healing structure of your body. Brings in and invite positive thinking energy to your body system.

Stomach and Emotion


It was reported in Channel 5 News today that scientists discovered emotion, depression and stomach problems are interrelated.
Our ancestors of TCM were great people. They already clearly state that Stomach belongs to Earth Element and Earth governs the emotions of worries, depression and anxiety.
Hmm. My students should know about the 5 Elements by now right :P

I always believe doing breathing exercise and massage stomach daily in clockwise direction can prevent a lot of problems related to stomach, which will indirectly bring harmony to your emotions.
Bryan 老师 Happy Stretch (7 times in morning)
Step A: A drop of Grapefruit pink oil and a drop of Lavendula vera oil onto a piece of tissue. Inhale three times.
Step B: Raise your hands and feet. Stretch out and inhale deeply. Stay in this postion for 3 seconds. Exhale and let go. REPEAT 7 times.
Healing: Immediate relief of bloated stomach for some people. While some others will experienced instant stress release.

POwer Breathing


Bryan's Power breathing exercise helps to fight depression and boost immune system from getting flu and cold. If you have cold, it helps to speed up recovery.
Procedure:
1) Sit in lotus position. Put 1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop of Eucalyptus onto tissue and inhale 3 times. This simple act immediately attunes your "Qi".
2) Raise up both hands to your head level and inhale. Slowly bring down both hands to position (1) as you exhale your breath. Do this 10 times a day. Yo will find that you don't get angry easily.
Take note. This is NOT yoga. You can get seated on a chair to do this if you want :)

Color Therapy


When Color therapy combines with Aromatherapy, it is very effective against illness and emotional problems. If you happened to tune in to the radio program on Love 97.2FM every monday, you would have heard and learnt how to go about doing color breathing exercise.

Blue represent -- Calming, anti inflamation soothing
Pink--- Happiness, dispel jealousy, joint pain, love.

Aroma oil mixture:
1 drop of Rose Geranium + 1 drop of Lemon onto tissue and inhale slightly 3 times. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose and think of BLUE, than exhale through your mouth and think of Pink. Perform 7 times and resume normal breathing slowly. If possible, combine your breathing exercise with your mala or activated crystal bracelet, it will further strengthen your aura and immune system.

FOR YOU

Do not worry about negative thoughts, and do not try to control them. All you have to do now is, start to think GOOD each day. Plant as many good thoughts as you can every day. As you start planting your seeds, you will unknowingly start to wipe off negative thoughts. Good thoughts attract good energy.
For me, I will spend 10mins to do a jigsaw puzzle every night before my bedtime. Choose a picture that brings happiness. Something that makes you happy or want to smile. It helps to calm the mind When your mind is calm, your body rejuvenate faster and look younger :D Your Mala , 9 eyes Dzi and Black Tourmaline bracelet can help you to plant positive thoughts. Treasure them :)



Aroma oil for positive thinking and bring in good energy :
Lavendula vera + Grapefruit Pink OR Rose Geranium + Lemon onto tissue. Inhale a bit or tape it to your aircon or blowing fan.

Aroma oil to reduce Office Anger and Politics :
2 drops of 5 elements oil onto tissue to wipe your table every Monday.

Directions : Inhale slightly from the scented tissue. Do the 4:7:8 breathing exercise as taught in radio. Inhale slowly and count 4 seconds in your head. Hold your breath for 7 seconds and exhale slowly at the count of 8 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Do it daily :)

Fatigue --- B Breathing exercise

4:7:8 FM 972 with Love. Breathing exercise; Tune in 11am , we will do this breathing exercise together.

This Qi Breathing Exercise bring in balance of the 5 element and bring energy to your body and mind. You can burn half teaspoon of sandalwood powder, (with sandalwood powder away from you a distant, not asking you to inhale the smoke.) while peforming breathing exercise.

1) Exhale completelely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
2) Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental calculation of four.
3) Next hold your breath for a count of seven
4)Than exhale through your mouth slowly making a whoosh sound for a count of 8.

4:7∶8呼吸法——, 先呼气(breathout),再以鼻吸气,默数4下,闭气7下,再用口呼气,默数8下。 大回报:只要你坚持经常偷闲片刻做这样的呼吸运动,就会发现你浮躁的心情平静了,如果你失眠,肯定失眠的症状也会得到改善。

Repeat 3 times.

This breating exercise is a natutal Tranquanliser to the nervous system. Use it for calmness happiness. And i normally do it before bed time or when i am stress up.
