Oh well well,
studies on insomnia and sleep dis order and sleep quality has been with omhealth for 15 years.
Insomnia is different from sleep quality.
But for me, sleep is sleep. We use the same method to overcome any sleep conditions.
Some people need 5 hours, some people need 6 and some need 8. But we old liao 6 is ok:> Best is 7. But u sleep late, blame who? Blame urself.
Many has tried
1) TCM ( like work and dont work right) --- because ur body system no relax la, and even after accup and also TCM herbs if u dont change your mind and heart nerves tension, result slow. Spend $80 a week. Wa lao. Pay money yet takes 1 years to see result and not confirm one. But again TCM can help sleep in ancient time because last time no computer and smartphone. after medicine and needles go home sleep early.
2) Western --- all know long term of sleeping aids.... make u walking zombie . Eat la eat more, see how ur body tremble day time.
3) Expensive natural therapy --- sometimes u find they more expensive than doctor. See one time $150 no guarantee. See Tai Tai rich until cant sleep, see those natural therapy $200 a session, all u need is a person to talk to la
4) Supplements: Cannot sleep means cannot sleep, pop how many pills seems to work 1 % , result disappointing. Errrr.... u think la, how many bottles of supplement, u buy with confidence but end up bottle by bottle throw away.
Office man or woman, work hard but work in office with peaceful hard, 这八年级了还斗what.
5) Greens works: If u have sleep problems, 3 serving of greens for 10 days, works wonder. But u lazy, so lazy. Slap u. Complaint in sms cant sleep, ask u eat vege u no time. U are pig. I have so much good result every day if determined eat even one time steam vege, u sleep like a princess.
6) Longan and jasmine flower works: same, something simple dont follow u want complicated things. Longan water works wonder. but how many follow? Sometimes lao shi feel like taking a cane, cane u all till sleep. Also why jasmine flower? Because u always not happy, irritable with people. U see not open, until eyes open at night. Than ownself scare ownself say got dirty things. Oh please, u think u royal family ah or king or Queen ah, people want do vodoo on u to take over ah. Is mind and heart. When a person mind and heart is upright, nothing negative can get near. Jasmine flower strengthen liver and ur mind heart la.

: We do acupressure and do and do every night before sleep. DOnt think of the result. One day, the button trigger and may be within a week few days u can sleep better. We call it go with flow method. Once work, it works wonder. Is called DIY determinations method. Keep a diary and monitor.

Bryan's Oil for Sleep
1) Lavendula + Grapefruit Pink
Many try this with tissue a drop each and inhale. SOme apply lavendula direct neck.
SOme try 3 drops each in warm water hand or footbath 15mins (works wonder)
2) Neroli facial oil (for some works wonders)
Some just few drops massage face before sleep. Than warm towel compress face 5 mins. ANd than sleep like pig
3) Holy frankincense or healing frankincense ( this works for many le)
2 drops, apply chest and base of foot.
4) Dragonfly healing oil
A drop in cotton, inhale and rub the Point as shown and press abit.
5) 3 oil method for neck shoulders massage with rice oil abit.

Jasmine Flower Tea
For those who are my student for many years. I believe you ever bought jasmine flower tea. But is in your cupboard right? U can buy jasmine flower tea from those tea shop. Remember is a packet all white flower, (no green leaf inside one). If u buy wrong with green leaf end up insomnia ahaha. U see my this one is flower only.

Drinking Flower Tea
Went Shopping yesterday, I went to ION B4, tea house Wang San Yang to buy many flower tea to replenish for 1 whole year. HEhehehe..... And I pack some for friends too.
Is part of my family routine to drink Pu-Er day time and Flower tea at night. The reason is that not only they have many health benefits but it beautify our skin, slowly very gently progressively. Tea promotes sleep and whiten your skin from within if you get the right recipes. Puer is for older people which wont injured stomach and no caffein , super good for health.
Personally I feel that my skin is getting better each day combine with my face serum , scrub and moituriser. Constanly hydration is so important because hydration is the first defense system preventing skin from ageging. I use Bryan's Facial Mist with Ginseng on my skin , spray a distant away from face twice a day: after lunch and tea break or anytime. For sensitive skin, u can instead pour my lavender charcoal water in small atomiser and use as spray mist too.

My HEALTHY FLOWER Cup --- $10
I bought this cup for $10 from Ion B4. Well, actually I am eyeing at the other cup which is nicer but cost $40. Its ok. The temptation is only for that moment. Save $$$. Be careful when you buy tea cups. Do not buy from the shops along road side because some soil used is toxic. Have you heard of poison tea cup? Haizzz....everything must be careful nowadays...
Direction:
Secret Beauty: I know a few ladies who have very very nice since the day I know them. They swear by flower tea, example they will drink one cup of rose bud tea everyday (Only 3 rose buds). Many people gets very excited with flower tea and buy the tea happily. Hmm...but the momentum stops after drinking a few days. LAZY.....LAZY....
I like to drink different flower tea everyday. I make it a habit because its cheap, healthy and good. I have rose buds, lemongrass, Pu-er and Osmanthus. I drink a little a day and all these can last me for 6 months.
After drinking this tea, u apply rose balm and neck .chest and lavendula at stomach bottom of feet. U feel good.

Princess Of Flower Sleeping Beauty cum Skin Radiant Flower Tea

Remember I mentioned last week that I want to share a beauty drink? Before sharing the information in my blog, I will make make sure a few friends and clients tried and see the effect. Last week, two of my clients who had insomnia tried and tested. Works Wonder... However, it also depend..
Then again, if you have insomnia why not spend $6(a big bottle) to have better sleep, as well as lightening skin pigmentation and many benefits..

Insomnia or poor quality sleep contributes to IBS, Neck pain, dark eye circles, dandruff, anger etc.... I want to thank Heaven for providing a flower that really helps and it cost only $6 which can last for many months. Give it a try. No harm trying because its flower tea. I have super good results with it.
Personally, I find this tea is like a natural " Sleeping Beauty" without having the side effect of sleeping pill. Do not drink during the day but about an hour before sleep.

1 teaspoon in a cup , pour in boiling water . Steep for 10mins. Strain out the flower, Drink when cool. You can add linden honey (optional) for super serious insomnia....

Sleep And Sleep
Did you notice many youngster's skin is not very good? Many of them have wrinkles formed at a young age. Schools including JC, NTU etc are one of the places where I visit very often. I did a research and observed . They may be suffering from young age wrinkles formation. Its very common now because a lot of free radicals created is due to their lifestyle and stress.
You ever wonder why during our grandma's time, people back then do not seems to have so much blemishes. In this modern century, we have so many different brands of sunblocks but problems of blemishes persist.
A) Too much processed and chemical products
Today, we shall discuss on SLEEP. Quality Sleep.
Get to bed as early as possible. Our systems, particularly the adrenals, do a majority of their recharging or recovering during the hours of 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. In addition, your gallbladder dumps toxins during this same period. If you are awake, the toxins back up into the liver which then secondarily back up into your entire system and cause further disruption of your health. Prior to the widespread use of electricity, people would go to bed shortly after sundown, as most animals do, and which nature intended for humans as well.
Sleeping Method by Bryan. This method takes a while to work. You must be very very very patient.
Good sleep ensures your skin to rest and produce collagen.
Items for Good Sleep: Lavendula vera oil and Grapefruit Pink oil; Healing Trees on bottom of feet and most important, Bryan relax blend 2 drops with 5 drops rice bran oil massage stomach.
Optional: Tranquility Healing Spray.
Perform a hand bath in warm water for 15mins before you sleep. Add 2 drops of Lavendula vera oil and Grapefruit pink oil into the warm water. Wipe dry your hand and cover your face for 10mins. You will feel great . Followed by Tranquility Healing spray.

Your mind will calm down after doing the handbath. Antioxidant scent will still be lingering on your hands. Place both palms on your head and say AH.................. Repeat 8 times. BEST.

INSOMNIA & stage 2 JOINT PAIN (New Remedies)
Marjoram was first introduced to me in 2002 to overcome joint pain and insomnia by Dr Liew. The reason why I am introducing the oil again is due to the many good feedback on its effectiveness as a remedy for joint pain and insomnia.
Uses for marjoram: A good sedative, eases stiff joints and muscle spasms, including excessive coughing, menstrual cramps, and headaches (especially migraines). It also slightly lower high blood pressure.
Lastest research has shown Marjoram as one of the most effective aroma in relaxing brain waves. Therefore, it makes an excellent calming massage oil, delightful when combined with the softer Lavender. Add a few drops to your bath to counter stress or insomnia :D
JOINT PAIN, NECK PAIN, BACK PAIN Recipe II
1 drop Lavendula Vera, 1 drop Peppermint, 1 drop Marjoram into a 10 drops rice bran oil. Mix well and apply on affected part. Massage lightly.
MARJORAM is more for chronic pain that comes with insomnia problem. I use Petitgrain usually :D
INSOMNIA Recipe II
1 drop Lavendula vera, 1 drop Marjoram and 1 drop Grapefruit pink into warm water. Perform a hand or footbath for 15 minutes before sleep. SUPER EFFECTIVE. Insomnia
A good sleep is very important for good skin. However, insomnia is quite common nowadays.
If you find that you can't get to sleep after lying down on your bed for 20mins, you should wake up quickly and perform an acupressure.
REMEDIES
1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop Grapefruit pink onto tissue. Inhale a few times and use the tissue to rub the following acupressure point (red dot). Press the point for 6 seconds. Release and repeat the same for 2 mins.
Otherwise, you can do a hand bath or foot bath using 2 drops of Lavendula vera and 2 drops of Grapefruit pink in warm water. Do it thrice a week.
