By applying some simple acupressure facial massage can bring radiance to a dull face. Need not spend a lot of time to achieve a radiant look. Only 8 minutes few times a week to achieve a more youthful look, and help to release stress at the same time.

Professional Method before massage: 1 drop of Lavendula Vera oil onto your palm. Rub both palms till warm and massage head first. This create negative ion around head area.

Items needed: Lavendula Vera Charcoal Flora water or rose hydrosol,

STEP A: Apply Lavendula Vera Charcoal Flora water/ rose water on cleansed face.

Dap on some flora water. This will refresh the skin and rejuvenate the skin cells naturally. And the dampness of face will prepare skin to work with the facial oil
Purpose: Refresh and brighten skin. Preparing the face for Neroli massage.

Step B : Apply 4 to 5 drops of neroli facial oil onto damp face.

Massage for 1 minute. It is fine to do gentle massage under the eye area. However, remember not to touch the eyes or at eye lines, as the oil will irritate the eyes. But it will do wonder for dark eye circle.
Next, rub both palms untill warm and compress your face for 20 seconds. Press 10 seconds on any facial acupressure points that you know. You can also press some acupressure points around the eye area.
Step C : Complete the massage by using a warm towel to cover the whole face for 5 minutes and rest. This soften wrinkle and skin and let skin eat alot of nuitrients.

Step D: Simple rinse face with COLD WATER:> Splash more to the eyes (close). Dap dry gently.

Q. I need to attend a party in 2 hours time, how can I look fresh and radiant in such a short time?

A. First, cleanse your face with Hydrating Facial Flora scrub. Followed by dapping Lavendula Vera charcoal flora water onto face. Applied about 10 drops of Neroli facial oil or Rice bran oil to face. Massage for 15 seconds. Use a warm towel to cover the entire face for 2 mins. Rest for 2 mins . Wipe the face with this towel after 2 mins. SUPER GLOW :>

Q. After a long day work, my eyes are with red lines puffy and looks tired , HELP!!!

Radiant face with Bryan - Do it once or twice a week.
(I received a call this morning; she felt radiant on the following day after doing the steps)

1. First cleanse your face with Chemical free facial scrub.
Apply some scrub onto your palm. Wet your palm and face. Gently scrub the face in a circular way for 20 seconds only. (Total time to scrub your whole face)

2. Rinse off with water.

3. Apply Lavendula charcoal Flora water to your face.
While your face is damp, apply 4 drops of Neroli facial oil and massage whole face gently for 2 minutes. You can leave it on or dap away any excess oil extra with tissue but do not wipe.

ONCE A WEEK NEROLI YOUGURT FACIAL MASK.
The famous all time favorite Neroli oil is here again! I launched this facial oil last year and a lot of feedback on its delighful smell which is so rejuvenating and healing. Neroli is valuable for sensitive skin care and a helpful dry skin treatment. Its rejuvenative effects make it ideal for the more mature skin. Anti-oxidant and full of Vitamin C, relaxing and calming effects. Anti wrinkle and clarity.

Twice a week, I will use 3 drops of Neroli facial oil or rice bran oil to massage face in the evening before sleep. It is good to let your skin have some real oil once a week :P

HYDRATING NEROLI FACIAL MASK

2 tablespoons of Full cream yogurt (original taste) and 5 drops of Neroli facial Oil. Mix well.
Wash and cleanse your face first before applying the mixture on the entire face. Leave it on for 8 mins. Thereafter, wash your face clean with slight warm water then rinse with cold water. Apply one drop Neroli facial oil and massage onto your face while your face is still damp. If you have rice bran oil, you can use it as well using the same method :)

About 6 months ago, I introduced Neroli blended oil. Neroli is an oil which really bring calmness and radiant skin. Using Neroli is just like taking tonic, we do not use it everyday.

Some may experienced breakout on the second day after using Neroli. It is actually a sign of detox.

Correct usage of Neroli oil:
Cleanse your face. Add 1 - 2 drops of Neroli blended oil onto your palm. Rub both palms together till warm and massage the face lightly for a minute. You can leave it on and go to sleep. Dap slightly with tissue if you feel its a bit rich.
You can add 20 drops of Neroli blended oil into 100ml body lotion. This will enhance your body lotion. Neroli blended oil can also be used as a very good hair treatment. Simply apply 5 drops of the oil onto your palms and rub your hair. Thereafter, wrap with warm towel for 5 mins and rinse off.

Bryan Lao Shi's findings on wrinkles ---- Part 2 of 4

The long awaited Neroli facial oil has finally arrived!
The reason for the long wait is because I want to make sure the oil is less then 7 days from the day I blend it till the day you received. Those who are attending my Part 2 workshop this friday will get to learn a massage technique using Neroli Oil for youthful skin. This is a close up picture of me after doing facial massage using my Neroli blend. Glows right. Some people thought I am 26 years old. Hahahahahhhaa. ME way past 26 years old already. Well, no need to envy me, you too can achieve youthful skin if you are willing to put in some effort.

Bryan Lao Shi's Neroli flora oil is blended with First Grade Apricot kernel. (5 years of research)

Apricot kernel oil is a fine textured oil and it is easily absorbed by the skin without leaving it feeling oily. Due to its fine texture, the oil spreads easily over the skin. Apricot Kernel oil is high in poly-unsaturated fatty acids, and rich in both linoleic and oleic acid. It also help to soothe inflammation and particularly beneficial for dehydrated, delicate, mature and sensitive skin.

Neroli oil is a very expensive oil. It is distilled from the freshly picked flowers. Under optimum growing conditions, a large tree can produce up to 60 pounds of fresh flowers. Timing is crucial; the flowers lose their oil very quickly when plucked from the tree. Excessive handling and bruising greatly diminishes the quality and quantity of this precious botanical oil. I have given a very detailed description of Neroli oil in my previous post.

NOTE: The lifespan of this blend is 6 months from the month you purchased. Don't worry if you can't finish the oil within 6 months, you can still use it on body or as a bath oil.

Anti-wrinkle skin toning nourishing techniques (3 times a week in evening)

After washing your face or after spraying flora water, apply the neroli facial oil while your face is still damp. Put about 2 to 4 drops of Neroli oil onto palm and rub both palms till warm. Then use your hands to massage upwards for 1 minute and dap off the excess oil with tissue. Then Go to Sleep....Zzzzzz.....

I will do this facial massage thrice a week and once a week, I will use a warm towel to cover my face for a minute after a facial massage.
Trust me, your skin will be silky smooth, without any help from chemical ingredients. You will notice the difference on the second day.

I use good cleanser, alternate between skin vita serum and anti aging serum. I do facial steaming once a week and apply clay mask once a week. On top of this, I massage my face using Neroli facial oil 3 times a week and flora water spray as my toner. U can see from my skin care routine, I have reduced the chemical contents to the lowest. It is really important to use less chemical contents. However, sometimes when u switch to natural products, u need to make sure is fresh. Otherwise, it will do more harm. And of course a lot of high chemical content cream contains anti-allergy medicine which enable all skin types to use. However, once u switch to something natural, u may experience a bit allergy at first. But again should be less than 2 days. From today onwards, start to give your skin a break from chemicals...... go natural and you will find that your body, mind and emotion in balance.
