I have been telling people to go garden since 2001... really hope all my radio listeners, magazine readers and blog readers will make an effort to visit such a nice garden. Healing Secret Garden: 2010

This is my favourite big tree in Singapore Botanic Garden. I like to advise my clients who have issues in "Health, Emotion, Luck" to visit botanic garden and perform 636 breathing exercise. Since last year, I think it totals up to about 130 clients, and with 80% thank you letters...Thank you :)

If you are sick of your health or life, make an effort to visit the Botanic garden...No time? Take some time out during your lunch time. You will find the answers. Still no time? Well, I guess if you don't make an effort for your own good, no other people can help you.

My remedy :

Our mind is always crowded with so called "self created" stress. We need space..... So just go there tomorrow. Rain or Shine..... Spend $20 taxi fare to and back. If $20 can lead you to the answer for happiness, health and emotion, why not right....? It is better then spending money on unneccessary medical fees, isn't it??

Bryan 老师 1st Botanic Garden walk (SUNSHINE) 2009

I must say prayers has touched the Heaven. It was raining cats and dogs at 6am. Many called me to check whether the walk is still on at 7.30am. I replied, "Yes. Rain will stop." A friend from New Creation Church said," Bryan, I pray for u" and I prayed to God " May the rain stop before 7.30am so that every participant can enjoy the nature with love "

To our surprise, the rain stopped at 7am sharp at Botanic Garden. The weather was perfect (just after rain with a bit sunshine, packed with negative ION) to perform Qi Gong and walk. Everyone enjoyed.

We will be here once a year :D
